Timing and Duration of The Gift of Harmony Transformation Course is explained here. Usually we do Day 1 - 4pm for 2 hours, Day 2 10am - 2 hours, and 4 pm - 2 hours, and Day 4 - 10am 2 hours. If it's not like that, and you are working, it can be over 3 or 4 evenings (we may change the session duration to 2 x 3 hour sessions and 1 x 2 hour session, for example). The Gift of Harmony is essentially an 8 Hour Deep Reprogramming session - we just need to split it up so you can rest in between for just long enough. But the gaps should not be too long because then you will tend to go into a 'head trip' as your body-mind system starts to crave the next pieces of information, which are deeply desired by your soul, as they will release you from slavery, freeing you.
